Right to Information

In accordance with Article 7 of Law no. 119/2014 "On the Right to Information" a transparency program has been prepared for the General Directorate of Standardization. This program defines the legal framework of the activity of the authority within the law no. 119/2014 "On the Right to Information" (LDI). The program is evaluated as a concrete way through which DPS builds and increases transparency in its institutional work, under the guarantee of LDI.

The information made public in this program, aims to make the transparency of the work activity of DPS, through its detailed reflection on the official website [www.dps.gov.al] (http://www.dps.gov.al) as well as in public reception facilities.
